• Bespoke & Custom Jewellery

• Loose Diamonds

• Loose Gemstones

Product images are for illustration purposes. As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in gemstone colour, dimensions, metal finish and weight may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable GST unless specified.

Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Dhandia Jewellers.

We reserve the right to:

• cancel any order

• refuse service

• limit quantities

• correct pricing errors

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

5. Bespoke Jewellery

Custom-made jewellery is created specifically according to customer specifications.

Once production has commenced:

• orders cannot be cancelled

• designs cannot be substantially modified

• such orders are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Product Information

Every effort is made to accurately display:

• gemstone colours

• dimensions

• weights

• pricing

However, due to photography, monitor settings and natural gemstone characteristics, minor differences may exist.

7. Certification

Where applicable, jewellery may be accompanied by certification from recognised gemological laboratories or hallmarking authorities.

Customers should carefully preserve all certificates.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• photographs

• product designs

• logos

• trademarks

• videos

• text

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dhandia Jewellers.

No reproduction is permitted without written consent.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhandia Jewellers shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages

• consequential losses

• delays caused by courier partners

• force majeure events

• third-party payment failures

10. User Conduct

Users shall not:

• misuse the website

• upload malicious software

• attempt unauthorized access

• copy website content

• use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts situated in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
