Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Dhandia Jewellers, every jewellery piece is handcrafted with exceptional care. Due to the nature of fine jewellery, our refund policy differs for ready-to-ship products and bespoke creations.
Order Cancellation
Ready-to-Ship Products
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Bespoke / Customized Jewellery
Orders involving:

custom designs
-
made-to-order jewellery
-
engraved jewellery
-
personalised pieces
cannot be cancelled after production has commenced.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

incorrect product delivered
-
product damaged during transit
-
manufacturing defect identified upon receipt
The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photographs
-
order details
-
description of issue
Returned products must be:
-
unused
-
unworn
-
in original packaging
-
accompanied by certificates, invoices and accessories.
Non-returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

customised jewellery
-
bespoke jewellery
-
engraved products
-
loose diamonds specially sourced
-
loose gemstones specially sourced
-
products damaged due to misuse
-
products altered by third parties
Refund Approval
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, customers will receive confirmation by email.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds shall be:

Processed by Dhandia Jewellers within 14 working days of approval.

Credited to the original payment method or bank account within 14 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, taxes or insurance charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchange requests may be accommodated at the sole discretion of Dhandia Jewellers depending upon product condition and availability.
